Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Received your order request

1. After processed your payment and received your order request, we will email you to confirm this order. And then, we will prepare the items in your order.

2.Processing time

In this part, we kindly ask about 1-3 business days for the quality control and arrange a suitable shipment. After the package ship out, we will send you an email about the delivery information.

3.Shipping time

The actual shipping time to destination countries is based on the shipping method in your order.

A: Usps Shipping: 3 - 5 business days
B: FedEx Shipping: 5 - 7 business days

Note: The public holidays, destination countries and couriers will be affected the shipping time too .

4.Delivered
Total delivery time= Processing time + Shipping time

According to the feedback, the most packages can deliver fast and safely.

REFUNDS GARMENTS AND POST OP CARE

GARMENTS
There will be NO REFUND on GARMENTS only EXCHANGES! You have 10 days from the time of purchase to receive an exchange as along as it hasn't shown signs of being worn!  You will be responsible for reaching out to me to make sure the size is in and shipping it back. Once it is received a.d inspected then the other garment will be shipped out! You will only have 1 exchange per garment


POST OP LYMPHATIC CARE
If you bought a package and want a refund you have a week prior to your first use to cancel for a full refund if not 50% will be refunded.  If you cancel 48 hours or the day of use you will get 25% back.
Once you use the first on all packages will be non refundable or can get tranferred or bought  another person.
Any packages bought a month or more out will be no refund!

CLASSES
There will be no refund on classes! You will have a year from the date of purchase to take the class. But no refund on deposits or once paid in full
